While Tekla and Bill are now solely focusing on ownership and management of the offices, they have been two of Canterbury’s most successful real estate agents.
 In fact, Tekla has twice been ranked number one agent in the Harcourts group nationwide of nearly 2,000 sales consultants. She has also conducted extensive training for Harcourts’ sales consultants in New Zealand. Between them, Bill and Tekla have sold many millions of dollars worth of property and have been formally recognized by Harcourts as leaders in auction and profile marketing.
Our senior manager, Ron Bradley, has more than 40 years of experience in the real estate industry. In fact, very few agents in Canterbury can match Ron’s experience and wisdom. Tekla, Bill and Ron all keep at the cutting edge of new technology and new ideas in the real estate industry.
Bill and Tekla took over management of Harcourts Beckenham in 2001, when the office joined the Grenadier group. This is a group of nine real estate franchises in Christchurch, who work as a team.
 The opening of an office in Lyttelton, called 'Harbourside' soon followed. Since then, our sales volume has almost doubled each year. And most of our sales consultants’ individual incomes have doubled during that time, too!
With the most recent addition of Harcourts Barrington to our team, we are now the largest Harcourts franchise in Canterbury.
The Grenadier group is expanding and has a vision to open new offices. This means there are opportunities for ambitious sales consultants who are interested in management and/or ownership in future.
