When you need to know the best way to follow up a lead by phone, we’ll give you a script to follow, and moral support. Tekla, Bill, Ron and the rest of the team will always be on hand to help you with the next challenge. They’ll be especially keen to help you write up your first listing and contract!
As a member of the Harcourts Barrington, Beckenham or Harbourside team, we will help you set targets – both financial and personal. We will guide you step by step, with a carefully structured training programme. This is designed to give you both the knowledge and hands-on experience to get your real estate business off to the best possible start.

At our weekly team meetings, we recognise the achievements of our agents. This helps everyone to aim higher.
Eventually, we’ll help you find the right niche within the real estate industry, were you can be most successful. There are plenty of areas to specialise in – auctions, lifestyle, rural, upper-bracket, lower-end, hills, the flat, commercial and more.
And one more important thing. Being part of the team at Harcourts Barrington, Beckenham and Harbourside is not just about work. We also encourage our sales consultants to live balanced lives. They play sport, enjoy the outdoors, and are involved in a wide range of clubs and social activities.
Our youngest sales consultant is 22 years old and the oldest is 66. We have single people, couples, families with young children, families with grown-up children, and grandparents. If you think you’ve got what it takes to succeed in real estate, we want to hear from you, whatever your age!
